Dr. Victoria Renée Hoffman, professionally known as Tori Tellem | The Rapper with a PhD™, is an independent Christian rapper, singer, songwriter, entrepreneur, and media personality making her mark from the Gulf Coast and beyond. Raised in Montgomery, Alabama, Tori has built a sound she calls “Honest Hip Hop”, music rooted in faith, truth, positivity, and lyrics designed to captivate, inspire, and sometimes convict.

Since releasing her debut EP, The Essentials, in 2020, Tori’s music and content have reached more than 2 million views and streams worldwide, with her single “2 FACE” surpassing 100,000 YouTube views in just four months. Her impact has extended throughout Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and beyond, earning her recognition as an emerging voice in Christian hip-hop and the title “Queen of the Gulf.”
