I voluntarily submit my video for a project produced or organized by Tori Tellem and her team. I confirm that I created the submission, have the legal right to provide it, and have permission from every identifiable person appearing or speaking in it.

I grant Tori Tellem and her team, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, producers, directors, editors, representatives, distributors, licensees, successors, and assigns a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, and royalty-free right to use my video, name, image, likeness, voice, and performance in any media. This includes the right to copy, edit, crop, alter, restructure, combine, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, promote, and create derivative works.

I understand that my clip may be modified, shortened, combined with other material, or not used. I waive approval of the finished project. My participation is voluntary and unpaid. Unless separately agreed in a signed writing by Tori and her team, I will not seek payment, royalties, ownership, reimbursement, credit, or other compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and agree not to bring claims against Tori Tellem or the parties listed above arising from the authorized use, editing, publication, promotion, or distribution of my submission. This does not waive rights or claims that cannot legally be waived.
